Soul Retrieval Series: A Creative Journey into Essence for Women
These six-week immersions are a collection of potent practices; yoga, dance, meditation & breathwork, coupled with creative expression (drawing, writing) and discussion. This blend of soulful activites is designed to give you an opportunity for self-connection, reflection and inspiration.
This intimate program is limited to 12 women to provide a safe space to explore and is held in a location that is central and charming. Created with love and facilitated by Marie-Ève Bonneau.
No previous yoga, dance or expressive arts experience is required.
